ZEMBAG potato bag 10kg

Specially designed three-layer potato sack, created at the Faculty of Agrobiology, Natural and Food Resources at the CZU in Prague.

Thanks to natural extracts of cumin essential oil it slows down the germination of potatoes.

The cumin mixture is hidden in a pouch inside Zembag and lasts up to 5 months. After this time, the filling needs to be replaced.

Maintenance of the Zembag is very simple. The inner bag and the outer part of the Zembag can be gently washed at a low temperature (30 °C), ideally by hand.

The Zembag is manufactured in the Daneta sheltered workshop. The workshop is adapted for the employment of people with disabilities. In this way, we help not only our planet but also people with disabilities.

New potatoes do not belong in Zembag!

Remember, early and new potatoes are not for storage, not even for storage in Zembag! These potatoes do not have a developed skin and are therefore very susceptible to mould and rot. In addition, caraway oil damages them.
