Para nuts, or "Brazil nuts", originate from South American countries and have a creamy, sweet taste. They reduce the signs of ageing by promoting skin elasticity and also contribute positively to weight loss. Thanks to their high vitamin content, they strengthen the immune system and have a positive effect on the digestive process. Sweetened with our honey, they are suitable for fruit salads, yoghurt, cereals or desserts.
